It is found in some early Old Church Slavonic manuscripts, where it is used in place of ⟨О⟩ in: две "two"' бо "both"' банадесять "twelve"' and двюнадесять "twelve". The Cyrillic "double O" looks similar to the Latin-script double-o ligature: ⟨ꝏ⟩.
